Whats news: MeFeedia, the video discovery engine that aggregates 200,000 video feeds from more than 33,000 sources, today announced the release of a new iPad application. MeFeedia for iPad helps consumers discover and watch video from a range of popular sites.
Users can browse through videos with a touch or swipe and can like, dislike and designate videos to watch later on the interface. The application allows for filtering by genre, and based on view-through rates, automatically discovers and delivers what a viewer would likely be most interested in at that moment. The first edition app, named “Argon”, aggregates videos from popular sites such as YouTube, Dailymotion and Vimeo among others simplifies sharing through Facebook, Twitter, or the app itself.
